In terms of improvement, I believe the hotel could benefit from enhancing its housekeeping services. Ensuring clean and fresh towels, as well as addressing any room maintenance issues promptly, would elevate the overall guest experience.

The structure of this hotel amazed me with comfortable rooms and modern amenities, but the staff's service was a letdown. The friendly staff and the Indian breakfast were highlights. Amazing staff! Anjali was the only shining star in the hotel, extremely understanding and helpful. Kareem, the friendly Arabic receptionist, made me a regular guest.

The service in this place was top-notch, location was super convenient with the metro nearby, and the hotel was spick and span. The staff were lovely; Mr Roshin, Royana, Ahmed, and Nikbil were so helpful and respectful. Our room was cozy and clean, and we had free Wi-Fi which was awesome. Really missed having a jacuzzi though, but no biggie - everything else was fab! 🌟

From hidden nail on the floor to cigarette odor and leftover snacks, cleanliness fell short. I urge them to uphold their 5-star status through major improvements.

I wasn't a fan of the combination shower/tub in the bathroom. I prefer a separate shower, but I can see how others might enjoy the luxurious feel of it.

This place has a great location, it is located near the metro and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities that are open 24 hours. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had everything I needed like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were very friendly and responsive, always giving me a warm welcome and always willing to help with my requests. The hotel also had great facilities like a spa and wellness center, fitness studio, and even an outdoor swimming pool.

The location is great for tourists as it is very close to the Meena Bazaar area and the metro station which allowed us to easily explore the city. the housekeeping staff was very helpful, ensuring our room stayed clean and tidy throughout our stay.

I chose Raintree Rolla for its proximity to the Dubai Museum, but I was pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace and roundtrip airport shuttle. The outdoor pool and restaurant were fantastic, and the 24-hour gym was a great plus.

My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more interactive activities for kids to enjoy.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and unlimited swimming pool access. The location was very convenient, just a few steps away from the metro station and a short walk to shopping centers. Surrounded by striped loungers and sun umbrellas, the blue mosaic-tile pool offered a serene retreat after a long day of work. Additionally, the spa facilities at Raintree Rolla-Bur Dubai were exceptional, with a hot tub, shiatsu massage, and steam baths that provided a much-needed respite. Access to the hotel's fitness center, sauna, hot spring bath, outdoor pool, and spa further enhanced my satisfying stay, ensuring a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the XVA Gallery, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of facilities and services provided. The outdoor pool, restaurant, and 24-hour gym were great amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the Indian cuisine at the onsite restaurant, Mystic.
